Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your shirt. If something shows up wrong, we want to fix it — quickly.

Each of our shirts is made to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges just for things like ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. That’s the tradeoff with made-to-order — each shirt is printed specifically for you.

That being said, if there is a printing error, a manufacturing defect, or damage that happened during production or fulfillment, that’s on us.

If something isn’t right, contact us within 21 days of delivery at support@nastybuzzard.com and include a couple clear photos of the issue. If we messed up, we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund — and you won’t need to ship the defective shirt back.

Simple as that.
